Some issues are better addressed through structured conversations, neutral guidance, and practical steps forward.
Crossroads Connections provides structured mediation and restoration support to help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate conflict and identify practical paths forward.

Next Steps
Implementation of agreements and restoration support to maintain a healthy workplace environment long-term.
Our Approach
Neutral
We maintain an impartial role and do not take sides. Our purpose is to support structured discussion and help parties explore potential paths forward.
Respectful Participation
We create an environment where participants have an opportunity to be heard and engage respectfully in the process.
Practical Communication
We focus on clear communication and practical discussion that helps parties better understand concerns and identify options.
Structured Process
Our approach emphasizes preparation, process clarity, and guided conversation tailored to the circumstances of each situation.
Our approach is informed by experience in operational and public-sector environments, workplace investigations, and ongoing professional development in mediation and conflict resolution.
When Mediation May Not Be Appropriate
While mediation can be helpful in many situations, some circumstances may require a different approach.
- Safety concerns or risk of harm
- Significant power imbalances
- Harassment or human rights concerns
- Matters requiring formal investigation
- Situations requiring legal intervention
- Lack of good-faith participation
We will discuss these considerations during the intake process to help determine whether mediation is an appropriate fit.
Our approach is designed to provide accessible, structured conflict resolution support for individuals, organizations, and teams across British Columbia.
Mediation Fees
Fees are structured based on the nature of the matter, preparation requirements, number of participants, and anticipated process needs. A clear fee estimate and engagement outline will be discussed before work begins.
Travel & Virtual Services
Many services can be delivered virtually across British Columbia. Where in-person meetings are beneficial or required, travel considerations and related expenses will be reviewed and agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. Rescheduling and cancellation expectations are discussed during intake and outlined within engagement agreements.
Booking & Payment
Each situation begins with an initial conversation to better understand the circumstances, determine whether mediation is appropriate, and outline expectations for moving forward.
